Bottled water is healthier than tap water: FALSE

This is what advertising campaigns and marketing of bottled water have led us to believe, but it is not true!

In the past, there were problems with tap water or well water because it might not have been treated, but today all tap water in our country is safe for human consumption and, in some cases, richer and healthier than bottled water.
Public water has control systems that are as stringent as those applied to bottled water.

According to an OCU study: there are no relevant differences between tap water in Spain and bottled water.

It would be the lack of hydration that could cause problems like kidney stones.
