HOW TO KNOW IF THE WALLY Ox2 FILTER IS COMPATIBLE WITH MY MIXER?

Not sure if the Waly Ox2 filter will be compatible with your mixer?
Don’t worry, here we tell you and we give you solutions!

How do I know what kind of faucet I have?

Follow these steps and you’ll find out quickly:

1. Look at the faucet pump to see if your faucet thread is female (H) or male (M).

    • If the thread is female you will see that the tap has the thread inside.
    • If the thread is male the tap will have the thread on the outside.

2. Find out the diameter (Ø) of the thread
Measure the diameter of the thread at the end of the pipe.

You can do this in two ways:

1. With a king’s foot:

    • Unscrew the aerator
    • Insert the king’s foot into the hole
    • Open the King’s foot until it touches the walls of the tap.
    • See what number the meter dials.

2. With one meter/ruler:

    • Unscrew the aerator.
    • Measure the length of the hole, the diameter, with a meter or ruler.

With these measurements you can already know what type of faucet you have. To indicate the type of faucet, first indicate whether the faucet is male (M) or female (H), then indicate the diameter number of the faucet dispenser.

For example:

If your tap is male and has a diameter of 22mm, your tap will be M22.
Now you can see if your tap is compatible with the Waly Ox2 filter:

The Waly filter is directly compatible with the following threads:

    • Male, Ø22 (M22)
    • Female, Ø24 (H24)

But don’t worry if your faucet doesn’t have these diameters!

If your thread is H21 or H18.5 you can order an adapter so that the Waly Ox2 filter fits well with your tap.
